Assisting clients in litigation is and always has been an integral part of the Buttolph Law Group.  We regularly defend and represent our business clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts throughout California.

Many law firms offer litigation services.  The Buttolph Law Group is fundamentally different.  Although we are in the litigation business, we know our clients are not.  We recognize that litigation is a means to an end – we do not litigate for litigation’s sake.  Rather, we adopt a business approach to litigation, best described by adjectives such as goal-oriented, strategic, real-world, practical, and pro-active.
